Where do your products come from?
Our pieces are handmade by Tunisian artisans, inspired by the know-how of the Maghreb and the Mediterranean basin.
Each creation is unique and reflects the soul of the craftsman who shaped it.

Are the items truly handmade?
Yes, 100%. All our collections – tableware, bowls, dishes, mugs and decorative objects – are entirely handmade.
Slight variations in color or shape may appear: these are a sign of true craftsmanship and contribute to the charm of each piece.
Where do you ship your products?
We deliver everywhere in Canada.
For international orders, simply contact us by email at maisonainaartisanal@gmail.com and we will discuss the available options together.
What are the delivery times?
Each order is carefully prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:
- 2 to 5 business days for Quebec and Ontario;
- 5 to 10 business days for the rest of Canada.
A tracking number is always sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination address.
The exact amount is automatically displayed at the checkout before payment.
Delivery is free for all orders of $300 or more in the following regions:
Montreal (south shore and north shore), Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières and Ottawa.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. Our store is entirely online, which allows us to offer our handcrafted products across Canada while keeping prices affordable.
How do I care for my handmade tableware?
Our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated on the product page.
However, we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve their shine and durability.
Avoid sudden thermal shocks (e.g., going from the freezer to hot water).
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Maison Aïna covers return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Defective, damaged or non-as described product;
- Our mistake (wrong item, color or size).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:
- He changed his mind after the purchase;
- The order had already been shipped before the cancellation;
- The return conditions specify that the costs are borne by the customer.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within 36 hours of receiving your order by sending us photos of the product and the package to maisonainaartisanal@gmail.com .
We will proceed with a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier.
This will allow you to track the progress of the delivery in real time.
